Returns and Exchanges
Returns
We want you to feel that each of our products is a perfect fit for your home. We believe that the design details and quality of our products will meet or exceed your expectations. If you decide that an item is not a good fit, we will make sure you are satisfied.
Most items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are paid for returns, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
We offer free exchanges for any wrong, defective, or damaged item you receive. To qualify for a free exchange, you must notify us of the wrong, defective, or damaged item within 14 days of delivery. We require photographic proof that you received the wrong or defective item.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds:
Sale items,
Personalized items,
Items marked "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page,
Gift cards,
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery,
Lost or stolen items,
Any item that is used or not in original condition, or is damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours
We do not provide refunds if order tracking shows it has been delivered. We may re-ship in special cases.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid shipping address and ensure that all packages are received. No refunds will be issued if the package is undeliverable, delivered to the wrong address due to customer error, or refused by the customer. We will charge a re-shipping fee if necessary.
In order to complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the return address stated on the package. We will not accept these items.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your original payment method, minus the return shipping cost. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page to initiate your return.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card first, as processing times vary and it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited to your account.
If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@AveryCollins.shop and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please email Support@AveryCollins.shop and we will send you instructions to complete the exchange.
Gifts:
If your purchase was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we receive the return, we will mail the gift certificate to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver sends the order to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and she/he will be notified of your return.
Cancelling
Orders: Orders placed by us are automatically processed and we may not be able to accommodate all cancellation requests. However, if you would like to request a cancellation, please send it to Support@AveryCollins.shop within 24 hours of completing your purchase. While we cannot guarantee a cancellation, we will do our best to accommodate all your requests.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or be unhappy with your order and we are always happy to help. Any order issues should be resolved through our Customer Service Team (Support@AveryCollins.shop) and in accordance with the procedures outlined in this policy. We do not recommend that you file any chargebacks or disputes with your bank/payment provider. Any chargebacks or disputes filed may result in a dispute fee of at least $15 per item.
