Where's my order?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive a tracking email immediately after shipping. If you haven't seen tracking information yet, check your inbox (including spam) for an email from Avery Collins.
Still no updates after 3 business days? Contact us - we'll be happy to take a look and make sure everything is ok.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are processed immediately, so cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has not yet been shipped and is still for same-day delivery, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I change or add to my order?
We start processing orders immediately, so changes cannot be guaranteed. However, if you contact us on the day of your order, we will do our best to help you.
Can I get notified when an item is back in stock?
Of course you can! Just click the "Notify Me" button on the sold-out item page and we'll email you as soon as the item is back in stock.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but we do offer gift messages! You can send a personalised message to yourself or directly to the recipient - either upon delivery or on a specific date of your choice - by phone, email or both.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Sometimes! If an item is available for pre-order, you'll see an estimated ship date on the product page. This is our way of letting you pre-order popular items before they go back in stock. If you don't see the pre-order option, we're probably restocking it.
